Purchase Ledger Clerk- Larne- £30,000+ per annum

Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful and thriving company based in Larne.

Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position is offering a competitive starting salary of £30,000-£32,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:

Process purchase invoices through Light Year and Sage 50 Accounts

Reconcile supplier statements

Data input on sage 50 Accounts

Purchase order reconciliation

Cash handling

Work to deadlines - prioritise workload and work on own initiative

Routine Administrative tasks, including typing, photocopying, scanning, printing and filing
