  • Process purchase requisitions and obtain competitive quotations.

  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders as per approved policies.

  • Coordinate with stores and receiving to ensure accurate delivery and documentation.

  • Maintain updated supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.

  • Monitor market trends to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

  • Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and brand procurement guidelines


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
