Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting product research & sourcing new suppliers & vendor
  
• Sourcing material/ goods/ product and services from different vendors
  
• Negotiating the best or most cost-effective deals and contracts
  
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplier and stock as necessary
  
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock
  
• Attending products launched and networking with industry professionals
  
• Research potential vendors
  
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
