Job Title: Punch Press Setter Operator
Night Shift Punch Press Setter Operator (4 Positions Available)
Location: Derby
Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday (4 on / 3 off) 6:00pm – 6:00am (12-hour shifts)
Future shift pattern may move to 4 on / 4 off About the Role We are currently recruiting 4 Night Shift Punch Press Setter Operators to join a busy, modern manufacturing environment operating 24/7. Following a recent £2 million investment in brand-new machinery, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and forward-thinking production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll primarily set and operate punch press machinery, ensuring efficient production, quality output, and machine optimisation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
