Publications Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Serves as the Global Publications Operations Lead/Subject Matter Expert for the areas of business operations, including system/ technology performance, analytics/metrics, change management, resolution/mitigation of issues and risks.
2. Anticipates and addresses R&D future needs in Publication, with respect to emerging digital platforms, new technologies and supports implementation of the latest trends.
3. Performs industry and market benchmarking, as well as conduct research and analysis on relevant industry and policy developments.
4. Champions best practice sharing, continuous co-creation and learning across the teams and communities.
5. Ensure performance and competencies development to develop a robust team of Grade 8 and 9 experts.
6. Communicates timely, critical scientific intelligence with actionable insights and recommendations.
