Publications Development Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an Aviation Technical Publications Development/Authoring Specialist to support the Product Support Engineering Department for Boeing Defence UK. The specialist will develop, edit and maintain technical publications such as Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Component Maintenance Manuals.

Responsibilities

• Organise, review and edit technical publications, documentation and related data.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements to determine scope and required elements.
• Facilitate and implement product improvement and maintenance of the Technical Publications Air System Document Set, complying with MAA regulatory standards.
• Support publication discrepancy reports (MoD F765), generate amendments and updates, and review publications for grammatical errors, format and style per guidelines.
