Under immediate supervision, performs a variety of duties in the inspection of public works infrastructure projects and development projects; ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, county codes, and building codes; assists with ordinance revision and development as applicable to public works inspection functions; performs plan checks for public works structures; answers questions concerning development and infrastructure requirements from the public and tradespeople; and performs related duties as assigned.
