Public Services

This is a dynamic role that requires the candidate to be responsible for developing and managing the existing accounts from the public services & government verticals. He/She will be assisting the Unit Head in managing the stakeholders and executing key projects. He/She will also work closely with other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute partnership strategies that are aligned with company business objectives.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, vendors, and internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and merchant-related inquiries and issues.
• Project Execution: Assist the Unit Head in executing key projects to ensure success and key deliverables items are met. Also to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements are met before project kick-off.
