About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer with strong expertise in Federal, State, Local, and SLED government proposals, including subcontracting and collaborative bid environments. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end proposal development for staffing and workforce solutions opportunities across public sector agencies.
This role requires deep knowledge of government procurement processes, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, compliance matrices, and staffing-related bid submissions.

Proposal Development & Management
- Lead full lifecycle proposal development for Federal, State, Local, and SLED opportunities.
- Analyze RFP/RFQ/RFI solicitations and develop compliance matrices and response outlines.
