Job Description

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) invites applications for a Service Ambassador role at the NPCs. You will be the first point of contact for visitors at Kampong Java NPC, Orchard NPC or Toa Payoh NPC, greeting them professionally and guiding them to the right services or officers for follow-up.

You will support visitors in using self-service kiosks, handle basic police service inquiries, and provide administrative and data-protection duties while working under the Executive Scheme.
