Coordinate and manage public relations activities for construction projects, engaging residents and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.

• Plan and coordinate public relations programs for construction projects to engage residents and stakeholders
• Explain and demonstrate the locations and purposes of Enhancement for Active Seniors (EASE) retrofit provisions to residents
• Respond promptly to enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants, and authorities to resolve issues effectively
• Take proactive measures to mitigate complaints arising from construction activities and suggest fall‑prevention measures on‑site when needed
• Arrange timely execution of works within flats to minimize disruption
