Public Relations and Corporate Events Executive
Responsible for establishing and executing plans for corporate events and promotional initiatives for all business lines of the company, for both internal and external audiences. Identifies opportunities and recommends strategies to strengthen relationships with clients and enhance the company and brand positioning.
Essential Functions
- Works with assigned initiatives, programs, or areas, both internal and external.
- Develops activation plans for events and activities, identifying post‑event actions.
- Analyzes event types and criteria to align with company objectives and target audiences.
- Coordinates procurement of promotional materials, recommends items, and manages inventory.
- Participates in internal and external meetings on behalf of the company.
- Handles any issues affecting events and business lines for all audiences.
