Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients professionally.
- Manage appointments and patient scheduling.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Process billing payments and insurance documentation.
- Coordinate with dentists to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Address patient concerns with a customer-focused approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform general administrative and front desk duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, patient coordinator, or customer service executive in a dental or medical clinic is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed personality.
