PTW Holder (Offshore)

Obtain, review, and maintain valid offshore Permit to Work documentation before work begins. Ensure all offshore activities comply with approved PTW procedures, HSE standards, and client requirements. Verify risk assessments, toolbox talks, gas tests, isolations, and required safety precautions. Coordinate with offshore supervisors, HSE personnel, operations teams, and work crews. Monitor worksite conditions and stop work immediately if unsafe conditions or permit violations arise. Ensure permits are correctly suspended, extended, transferred, closed, or cancelled after completion. Maintain accurate permit records, supporting documents, and daily offshore permit status updates. Confirm personnel understand job hazards, emergency procedures, escape routes, and offshore safety requirements.
