- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable teams to ensure smooth EMEA-based operations being serviced by multiple locations.
- Oversee compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement process improvements within the PTP functions (PO & NON-PO).
- Monitor and manage payment processing activities and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise financial processes.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on accounts payable performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for auditing purposes.
