    Published Description: 85 beds and a variable ADC of 70 / skilled census about 10 on average. Our Physical Therapy team consists of 1 PT and 2 PTAs (our DOR is one of those PTAs). The contract PT need will be in addition to our current team, not to replace someone. We use Net Health (formerly Rehab Optima) and Point Click Care (PCC).




  • Weekends are not required, our therapists work 5/8-hour days
  • Usually, our evaluating therapists have a daily caseload of >10 patients. We service both skilled nursing and LTC (Part B) for therapy services. <...
