ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Utilize a voice activated Vo Collect headset system to determine item locations and proper quantities of items to be selected.Drive powered industrial equipment such as an electric pallet jack in a safe and efficient manner to item locations that are relayed via the headset. Training and certification through Weis Markets will be provided.Complete pre operation inspection and all associated documentation prior to operating equipment and submit completed documentation to maintenance.Place and organize products on pallets in a stable and efficient manner for shipment.Visually inspect products for damage or improper packaging and secure products with shrink wrap for safe delivery to retail locations.Responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe, eff...
