Responsible for Danfoss converter process improvement, employee training to continuously achieve the safety, quality and productivity targets.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Continual improve production process
+ Draft and update documents, such as SOP, PFMEA and control plan,etc
+ Measure CT, calculate capacity
+ Provide training for blue collars to ensure competence skills to meet customer demand
+ Implement DPP and IATF16949
+ Execute kaizen and improve productivity continually
