About the role

The Psychosocial Programs Officer provides specialist coordination and development of assets to enable the organisation to deliver on WorkSafe’s commitments as a Duty Holder for the Mental Health Strategy and psychosocial risk management programs. Under the guidance of the Senior Psychosocial Programs Lead, this position will provide expertise developing and implementing the Mental Health Strategy Action Plan and associated guidance materials, including communications and support of leadership stakeholders to manage their responsibilities associated with the Psychological Health Regulations (2025).
