We are recruiting a Psychology Graduate to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs in a specialist setting.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support pupils with behaviour and emotional regulation


  • Implement behaviour support strategies


  • Build positive relationships with pupils


  • Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff


    • Skills & Experience


  • Psychology degree or related field


  • Interest in behaviour, SEN or mental health


  • Resilient and empathetic nature
