Job Summary
The psychologist will provide mental health and psychosocial support services, individual and group counselling and psychotherapy.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
In accordance with national and international guidelines on best practices related to mental health and psychosocial support, the psychologist will:
Provide evidence-based psychological services for clients and their families with mental health conditions and psychosocial issues.
Engage with clinical and supportive supervision.
Work as part of a mental health case management team along with other service providers
Support the delivery of trainings for staff on topics relevant to psychological practice and case management.
Develop care plans that are individualized and mutually developed with the client.
