Job Title: PSP Manager / Business Development Manager (FinTech, Remote, Full-Time)

Our client is an international FinTech company with over 8 years of experience making payments faster and more reliable for clients around the world. As the business grows, they are looking for a PSP Manager / BDM to build and scale a network of payment partners, including banks, acquiring platforms, PSPs, and APMs.

Impact & Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and onboard payment solution providers (cards and APMs), leading commercial negotiations (tariffs/MDR, SLAs, limits).
  • Optimize the payment stack: routing/cascading, improve approval rates, reduce fees and chargebacks in collaboration with Risk/Compliance teams.
  • Launch new payment methods (local schemes, wallets, instant payments) and coordinate integrations with Product and Engineering.
