Regional HR Specialist – People Support Hub, Europe

What will you be doing?

As a Regional HR Specialist in the People Support Hub team, you will work alongside a team of Regional HR Specialists and provide frontline support to HR customers, delivering a great employee experience. You will also contribute to ongoing project groups to improve global HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support managers through the global onboarding process of newcomers, including drafting employment contracts, pre‑employment screening, hiring actions in our HR system, and providing the needed information to local teams such as Payroll.
• Update employee records in our HR system.
• Provide first‑level support for employees and managers with queries related to people matters and policies.
• Support employees and managers in using self‑services and signpost them to sources of information.
