JOBBEZEICHNUNG
Wir suchen einen Proxy Support Engineer (L2) für den Betrieb und Support unserer Enterprise-Proxy-Services auf Basis von Squid, TinyProxy und Dante (SOCKS) ab sofort im Raum Berlin!
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Monitoring & Betrieb (Performance, Logs, Zertifikate, KPIs)
- Incident Management (P1–P3), Triage & Eskalation an L3
- Umsetzung von ACL-, Policy- und Konfigurationsänderungen
- Log-Analyse & Troubleshooting (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS, Auth)
- Unterstützung bei Changes, Wartungen & Dokumentation
IHR PROFIL
- 2–6 Jahre Erfahrung im Proxy-/Netzwerk-/Security-Umfeld (L2)
- Gute Linux-Admin-Kenntnisse & solides TCP/IP-Verständnis
