Key Responsibilities

  1. Order Management:
  • Manage and process IT and hardware orders.
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  1. Customer Support:
  • Liaise with customers, updating them on order progress via tickets.
  • Respond positively and effectively to customer needs and queries.
  1. Procurement and Pricing:
  • Produce quotations for customers.
  • Procure IT hardware, software, and services for the company.
  • Create generic and bespoke price lists for clients monthly.
  1. Inventory and Stock Control:
  • Manage stock control, deliveries, and dispatches while ensuring accurate records.
  • Goods receipting upon delivery and maintaining updated customer master files, including IMEI updates.
