- Order Management:
- Manage and process IT and hardware orders.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Customer Support:
- Liaise with customers, updating them on order progress via tickets.
- Respond positively and effectively to customer needs and queries.
- Procurement and Pricing:
- Produce quotations for customers.
- Procure IT hardware, software, and services for the company.
- Create generic and bespoke price lists for clients monthly.
- Inventory and Stock Control:
- Manage stock control, deliveries, and dispatches while ensuring accurate records.
- Goods receipting upon delivery and maintaining updated customer master files, including IMEI updates.
