Provider Credentialing & Delegation Consultant - REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced Provider Credentialing & Delegation Consultant to support a rapidly growing primary care medical group with ~ physicians and advanced practice providers. This organization is transitioning its credentialing operations back in‑house, requiring a hands‑on expert who has built credentialing infrastructure — not just managed it.


You will assess the current outsourced model, design the new in‑house credentialing framework, and ensure all processes align with delegated credentialing requirements across multiple health systems and employer partners. What You’ll Do
