DIRECT ENGINEERING FOR MAJOR SUBSTATION CAPITAL PROJECTS (40%): Oversee conceptual design, relay and protection strategies, consultant reviews, engineering, and constructability reviews for high‑value substation projects. Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with codes and standards. Provide technical guidance on protection and control engineering design, material selection, and system integration.
LEAD, DEVELOP & MENTOR PROTECTION & CONTROL ENGINEERING TEAM (20%): Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and performance management for engineers and technical staff.
