As the Proposals Manager for Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), you will be responsible for leading and managing the ILS team within the Proposals department, ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of proposals for naval vessel programs. You will play a crucial role in refining and optimizing the proposal process while encouraging collaboration across departments such as Engineering, R&D, and Purchasing. Your expertise will be key to the success of the proposal process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client specifications.
