Ad Hoc Group Proposals Coordinator
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supporting and assisting Ad hoc Group Proposals Specialists with the preparation and coordination of ad hoc group proposals.
- Assisting with gathering rates, supplier information, and relevant itinerary details.
- Assisting in loading proposal details into UDMS accurately and timeously.
- Helping to ensure proposals are accurate, professionally presented, and submitted within required deadlines.
- Maintaining proposal documentation, records, and supporting information in an organised manner.
- Liaising with internal teams to obtain information needed for proposal compilation.
- Taking initiative and providing general operational support to the proposals function, where needed.
What we are looking for:
- A grade 12 qualification. A relevant tertiary qualification in Travel & Tourism is preferred. <...
