Job Description
- Lead and manage high-complexity, high-value pursuits, including multi-tower, multi-region, or strategic deals with executive visibility.
- Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of compliant, compelling, and client-focused responses.
- Define and drive the proposal strategy in collaboration with Sales, Solution, Delivery, and Executive Leadership, ensuring alignment with client priorities and win themes.
- Establish and manage detailed proposal schedules, governance structures, and communication plans to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely execution across all workstreams.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks by proactively identifying bottlenecks, resource constraints, or compliance issues, and escalating to leadership with actionable solutions.
