Proposal Writer

We are hiring for a Proposal Writer role and are looking for candidates with prior experience as a Technical Writer.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Task Order Proposal Writer with at least 6 months of experience supporting proposal efforts for SLED (State, Local, and Education) and international public sector clients. The ideal candidate has worked on RFPs/RFQs/task orders for entities such as FL DMS, TX DIR, Judicial Council of California (JCC), MD CATS+, MHBE, NY OGS, NYC DoITT, and Canadian government opportunities, among others. The candidate must be comfortable interpreting solicitation documents, collaborating across teams, and producing clear, compliant, and compelling proposals under tight deadlines.
