As a Proposal Specialist working in our operational support team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play an integral role in the development of the technical portion of the RFQ/RFP process. Supporting our attainment of large‑scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will utilize your expertise in translating complex technical details into persuasive narratives and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

What You Will Do

• Strategically analyze the call for tenders (RFQ/RFP) and create structured responses tailored to individual client needs.
• Prepare and manage proposal schedule, responsibility matrix, and compliance list.
