You as a Proposal & Procurement Coordinator will:

  • Be involved in the procurement of major design-build, alliance, construction management and progressive design-build projects.


  • coordinate with estimating, scheduling, logistics and operations teams


  • Write technical narratives as well as project profiles & resumes


  • Manage all document control for new and ongoing projects

  • Complete technical reviews of the design to identify and resolve constructability concerns and conflicts

  • Regularly track, monitor and follow-up on documentation or issues

  • Review or draft RFI’s and confirm accuracy prior to issuance to consultants, including the identification of optimal solutions
