Job Summary:

Are you passionate about developing winning proposals and delivering high-quality, compliant content? Are you self-organizing, motivated, and detail focused? We are looking for a Proposal & Solutions Specialist to join our Growth & Strategy Team who will be responsible for supporting solutioning development and writing compelling, compliant proposals to increase Aleut’s customer base. This includes working with capture leads and opportunity leads to develop winning, competitive proposals.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Craft proposals that are clear, concise, accurate, and compliant with established templates and submission requirements

  • Lead peer reviews of content with strong attention to detail and adherence to requirements
