Proposal Manager

Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end proposal development and bid submissions, from opportunity tracking to final submission• Assign responsibilities and manage proposal team workflow• Interpret RFP/RFQ requirements and ensure compliance with submission instructions• Create proposal schedules and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery• Lead preparation of fee proposals and pricing matrices, ensuring alignment with scope of services and profitability targets• Conduct benchmarking and market research to inform pricing models and value propositions• Liaise with directors, design teams, marketing, and other departments to gather relevant content and approvals• Collaborate with global offices to leverage international expertise and references• Review and proofread all proposal documents for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards• Ensure proposals present a consistent and professional image of the Aedas brand
