Proposal Manager – Defence

On site – Ottawa, ON, Permanent. Salary: Up to $150K, based on experience.

The Proposal Manager supports business growth by managing, developing, and delivering compliant, competitive proposals and other responses related to new business opportunities with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support current business acquisition efforts by helping develop capture strategies and leading key activities (e.g., colour team reviews, competitive assessments, Price-to-Win analysis) across the full lifecycle of a Defence pursuit.
  • Lead proposal response efforts for LOI/RFI/ITQ/DRFP/RFP opportunities in accordance with established Business Acquisition Processes, Shipley methodology, and industry best practices to drive successful capture outcomes.
