Proposal Manager

Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Proposal Manager to join our Marketing and Proposal team in our Birmingham or Huntsville, AL office. The Proposal Manager will lead the proposal team in developing qualifications statements, proposals and client presentations, as well as occasionally working with the Marketing team on print collateral.
