Proposal Engineer

Below is a summary of the key responsibilities and expectations for this role.

• Lead and manage assigned tenders from BD/Sales Handover until each Opportunity is secured/lost.
• Support the Global Sales & BD Managers, and Heads of IPE team in client correspondence, communication and in building Client relations to maximize current and future opportunities.
• Develop and maintain key supplier relations in order to maximize performance to suit tendering needs.
• Actively provide input and work with the global tender procedures and tools, to ensure these are continuously updated according to Tender Team needs.
• Ensure proper interface communication with Sales, Procurement engineering & Operation Functions
• Ensure risk management of assigned tender as per company procedure.
