Proposal Engineer - Global Tendering Team

1. Understand (including formats, software, statutory requirements etc) &

convert the tender scope & specifications into a summary document to

facilitate a bid/no bid discussion.

2. Summarize the customer/consultant specifications & create a

Deviation/clarification list (in consultation with E+H product specialists/

extended partners). Initiate & Participate in technical clarification meetings

with customers/consultants/ construction contractors/ engineering

contractors for resolving/ clarifying our deviations.

3. Perform the role of embedded engineers at customer locations.

4. Prepare an optimum scope matrix (covering supply, warrantee & service).

5. Create proposal Bill Of Material to match customer specs & accepted

deviations/ clarifications in ERP environment (SAP).

6. Identify the global team with acceptance from the functional leaders for

execution of the project (when we win the contract), covering ...
