Job Description

Position:     Proposal Coordinator
Reports To:    Regional Proposal Team Manager 
Role Purpose:    To support pursuit and proposal activities and the development and implementation of pursuit plans and strategy
 

Primary Functions:    
•    Assist with assigned aspects of writing and editing corporate documents such as proposals, reports, and communications.
•    Assist in the completion of persuasive proposals.
•    Create Word templates based on RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents, including detailed breakdowns into key components and table of contents for self-led opportunities, and provide final formatting before delivery upon request.
•    Update proposal log with information from Team's submittals with personnel, projects, dates, etc.
•    Compile information and format project descriptions into GHD Word template.
