Drives the proposal process and is proactive to meet milestones. Develops accurate and compelling technical, IT-focused proposal content (., technical approach, management approach, past performance, and executive summary) in an iterative writing process. Ensures agreed-upon elements are incorporated into a cohesive and persuasive format.
