Property Technical Officer

JOB SUMMARY

The Property Technical Officer shall oversee the turned-over units/ structures/ facilities from Construction Management and conform to the set quality standard parameters set by the company. The person in charge of this position also conducts proper orientation and provides the necessary information and guidelines to the Inspectors in the process of turnover of completed units/ structures/ facilities and for delivery to its end user. S/he provides technical assistance to project site management about the engineering aspect and maintenance of the subdivision/condominium including its amenities and facilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees the process of the unit acceptance inspection and turnover process from the Construction Team to Property Management.
• Ensure that the actual unit turnover to the homeowner including all necessary documentation required and collection of fees are being accomplished.
