Property Sourcing & Operations Coordinator – Heraklion

We are looking for a reliable and proactive person to join our team in Heraklion and support the growth of our Airbnb operation.

The main focus of the role, especially during the first stage, will be sourcing new apartments for our clients by working closely with local agents and property owners. In addition, the coordinator will act as the company's local representative, helping with on-site tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our apartments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Property Sourcing
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and property owners.
  • Actively search for apartments suitable for Airbnb use.
  • Arrange and attend property viewings.
  • Take photos and video tours for clients and the management team.
  • Provide a practical assessment of each property's condition, location, and overall suitability.
