Property Services Manager

What will you do?

• Generate comprehensive capital plans and budgets for each property in a geographical area, considering all identified maintenance requirements.
• Attend all review meetings related to property acquisitions, either in-person or via media platform, as required to provide insights and updates.
• Review all BPCA (Building Property Condition Assessment) reports for clear understanding of scope and costs.
• Enter building system conditions into the Capital Planning Software (VFA) and generate relevant reports for annual budgeting purposes.
• Develop scope of work to be used with Request for Proposals.
• Provide design support to troubleshoot complicated, expensive, or time-sensitive projects.
• Complete all stages of project planning and execution.
• Complete 6-month and 12-month post-completion review and compare to original capital project projections.
