The role

As a Property Development Paralegal, you will be managing Off the Plan Sales.  You will manage the registrations and contracting processes.  Duties involve

• Preparing, drafting and lodging plans
• Preparing and managing contracts, ancillary documents, exceptions, variations extensions, cancelations, recissions and terminations.
• managing dates, conditions, obligations, rights and disclosures.
• Creating settlement statements and PEXA workspaces to facilitate settlement
• Managing deposits, adjustments, tax, duties, payments and reconciliations.
