Property Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Property Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and day-to-day technical operations of the Association's properties. This role is responsible for ensuring that all building systems, facilities, and common areas are properly maintained while supervising the maintenance team and coordinating contractors for repair and improvement projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering, architecture, construction, or facilities management and is capable of planning maintenance activities, supervising technical personnel, inspecting completed work, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
