TheRole
We are seeking a Property Manager to join our teamwhowill focus on Longboat’sexpandingresidential operationsand support our commercial team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment, drawing on their experience toassistthe development team in planning site andbuildinglayoutsto maximize operating efficiency. The Property Manager will alsobe responsible forthe planning and execution of strategies tomarket andleaseunits andwill assume full responsibility for managing projectsonce completed.
