Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Property Manager to oversee a regional portfolio, ensuring lease data accuracy, timely financial reporting, and strong landlord and franchisee relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate lease data and manage rent, CAM, and tax payments
  • Handle landlord/franchiseemunications, disputes, and reconciliations
  • Support audits, billing validation, and process improvements
  • Oversee property maintenance and non-restaurant sites
  • Manage collections, bad debt, and tenant arrears

    • Requirements
  • 5+ years in property management, accounting, or lease administration
  • Strong financial and/ormercial real estate knowledge
  • Excellentmunication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
