Property Manager Needed

We are looking for an experienced property manager to manage a property with 2 long-term and 1 short-term rental units. The property manager would be required to perform the following duties:

• Oversee property maintenance

• Interview and select tenants, in collaboration with the landlord

• secure signed leases, property inspections and ensure compliance thereto

• track rental payment and issue reminders and LOD's as required

• Prepare short term rental unit for occupancy, welcome guests and restore property after occupancy.

• Manage social media and booking apps for short-term rentals
