What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or Real Estate.

  • Typically 5 to 7 years of experience in property or facilities management.

  • Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification or Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications is advantageous.

  • Strong stakeholder management, understanding of M&E systems, and proficiency in facilities management software.
